We repair your ceramics or porcelain using Kintsugi in Zurich in the following steps:

    2. If we have the capacity to repair your ceramics or porcelain using the Kintsugi technique, we will send you our Swiss address (in Zurich) by email, to which you can then send your ceramics or porcelain, if you agree with the repair costs.

    • Costs for shipping within Switzerland:
      You are responsible for the costs of the initial shipment (i.e. shipping and packaging), while we cover the shipping and packaging costs for the return shipment.

    • Costs for shipping to Switzerland and from Switzerland to other countries:
      You are responsible for the costs of the initial shipment (i.e. shipping and packaging, as well as any taxes, customs duties and customs clearance costs incurred by the carrier), while we will cover the shipping and packaging costs for the return shipment; you are responsible for any taxes, customs duties and customs clearance costs incurred by the carrier.

    If you do not wish to send the ceramics or porcelain, we can also arrange to meet at a café in the centre of Zurich, where you can hand over the item to be repaired. Unfortunately, it is not possible to hand over items at our ceramics and porcelain repair workshop (studio) in Zurich, as this Kintsugi workshop is not open to the public.

    3. Kintsugi repair of your ceramic or porcelain item in Zurich

    4. Return of the repaired ceramic or porcelain item to the address you specify, or arrangement of a meeting in a café in central Zurich, where we will hand over the repaired item to you.

    5. Kintsugi repairs must be paid for within 30 days of receiving the repaired ceramic or porcelain item, either via PayPal or by bank transfer to our Swiss bank account or our German bank account.
