Thrown ceramic vase of Eugène Lion. The vase, reminiscent of a calabash, has an organic form typical of the period of Art Nouveau. The dark-green glass overflow shows the influence of the potter Jean-Joseph Carriès on Eugène Lion. Both were active in Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye.
