Details:
This thrown ceramic vase by Horst Kerstan still stands in the tradition of his teacher Richard Bampi. Both the bottle shape [1] and the grayish-pink glaze [2] as well as the viscosity of the running glaze are reminiscent of Richard Bampi, whose studio Horst Kerstan took over in 1965 after the teacher died [3].
