Shipping Information

We offer free shipping by post within Switzerland and to the countries listed under “Free shipping by post” and we offer a chargeable courier delivery with the additional payment option “cash/twin payment” within Switzerland (see below under “Courier delivery”).

Free shipping by post

A delivery to further countries is not offered. The delivery to a delivery address deviating from the invoice address is not offered.

When shipping to countries outside of Switzerland, taxes, duties and customs clearance costs charged by the carrier may be incurred upon importation as part of your order placed with us. We will reimburse you – except when shipping to the United States of America – via PayPal or bank transfer for the taxes and customs duties charged to you upon importation of your order placed with us, as well as the customs clearance costs charged to you by the carrier, provided that you send us the corresponding receipts (by e-mail to mitteilung@robertzueblin.com or by mail to Robert Züblin, Freudenbergstrasse 95, 8044 Zurich, Switzerland).

The delivery time is 7-14 days.

Courier delivery

Within Switzerland, delivery by courier is also offered against payment of 50 Euros (46 CHF; 58 USD) with the additional payment option “cash/twin payment” (see below). Here too, the delivery time is 7-14 days.

Information for the calculation of the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins in case of prepayment by bank transfer on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution or in the case of other forms of payment the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline.

Payment Information

I offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
2. PayPal
3. Cash payment or Twint payment when selecting the chargeable courier delivery option (see costs above) at the time of delivery by the courier. (only possible for deliveries to addresses in Switzerland)

Detailed information about the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to my bank account, stating the order number as transfer purpose. My bank account as well as the transfer purpose will be communicated to you in the order confirmation separately by e-mail.

2. PayPal
You can also make payment using PayPal. PayPal is an online payment service.

3. Cash payment or Twint payment for courier delivery in Switzerland

When the goods are handed over to you by the courier, you can pay the courier in cash or by Twint.
